Terms of Service

By commisioning me you agree to the terms of Service written below:

GENERAL

  • Please write clearly and politely, when discussing the commission.

  • Provide a lot of references, regarding the product you are commissioning.

  • If something makes me unconfortable about the commission, I have a right to turn it down.

  • Changes after the sketching process will be charged (look at Prices/additional fees)

  • Due to the fact that I have to attend university and work, the commissioned work might take up to 2 weeks to 1-2 months. (Progress updates will be provided)

PAYMENT

  • Payment is upfront

  • Currency accepted is USD and EURO

  • Payment via Paypal or KO-FI

  • No refunds

USAGE POLICY/COPYRIGHT

As the artist of the creative work, I'm allowed:

  • To record the commissioned artwork's proccess for a video or a livestream, unless it was discussed with the costumer otherwise.

  • Post the finished matieral on my socials, unless it was discussed otherwise.

As the commissioner you are allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned work for personal purposes ONLY, unless it was discussed otherwise.

  • Promote their commissioned piece on their socials with proper credit.

  • Claim their character in the artwork but NOT the whole work itself.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

  • Reselling and reproducing (e.g. seling prints) commissioned artwork without my permission.

  • Removing the watermark from the piece.

  • Altering the artwork without the artist's permission.

  • Using the commissioned work for NFTs and AI.

Additional Fees

  • Additional characters +80% of the commissioned piece.

  • Additional accessories +10% of the commissioned piece

  • Artwork changes +45% of the commissioned piece (This applies for any changes after the clean sketch phase).

  • Detailed Background +70% of the commissioned piece.
